An example from the region: three locations, one point of contact
Momenth combines physiotherapy, medical training and nutritional advice at three locations: in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt, Kornwestheim-Pattonville and Sindelfingen. We have looked after the health centre's IT since 2019. We set up the IT for new locations, connected all three via VPN and use the workflow automation platform to automate recurring tasks in patient communication and administration. For the Stuttgart pump specialist Stenger, we have been taking care of office IT and the network for many years. We introduced Microsoft 365 and look after the on-site server that connects the merchandise management system with the service app we developed.

Which businesses is your IT support suitable for?
Small and medium-sized businesses without their own IT department that are looking for a reliable partner – at one or several locations. For example, we look after a health centre with three locations and a service company with field technicians.
Do you also come on site when there are problems?
We solve many issues via remote maintenance faster than a trip would take. We come on site when devices need to be set up, a new location needs to be connected or a problem can only be solved at the device itself.
Do you also support businesses outside Stuttgart?
Yes. Our office is in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt, but we also look after locations in the surrounding area, for example in Kornwestheim-Pattonville and Sindelfingen. Anything that can be handled remotely is independent of location anyway.
Do you also introduce Microsoft 365?
Yes. We introduce Microsoft 365 with e-mail, calendars and file storage and then provide ongoing support – from new accounts to licences and permissions, as we do for Stenger, for example.
Can you also run our servers and applications?
