Four steps to your estimate
1. Describe your project. Tell us in a few sentences what you want to build: goal, users, key features and existing systems.
2. AI analysis. An AI model on our own servers identifies the project type and the requirements you already mentioned. You review the result and can correct everything.
3. Targeted questions. You only answer the questions that matter for your project – what was detected is already filled in.
4. Get your estimate. You see a price range, the effort, the expected duration and what the cost consists of. On request we turn it into a non-binding quote.
What drives the cost of software
Scope. The number of screens, processes and features accounts for most of the effort.
Users and permissions. Public sign-up, single sign-on or fine-grained roles need additional logic and testing.
Integrations. Every connection to an ERP, CRM, accounting system or shop adds effort – especially when a system has no modern interface.
Platforms. Web, iOS, Android or all of them, plus device features such as the camera or offline use.
Design and quality. Existing designs save time; high demands on availability, security or compliance increase the effort.
Timeline and operations. A tight deadline needs a larger team; hosting and maintenance are added as running costs.

Customer portal
"We are a wholesaler of plumbing supplies and want a customer portal for our roughly 800 business customers. Customers should be able to sign in, view orders and delivery status, download invoices and report complaints with photos. The data comes from our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365)."
Process automation
"When an order comes in through our Shopware shop, we currently do everything by hand – write the invoice in Lexoffice, create the customer in HubSpot, inform the warehouse by e-mail. This should happen automatically. Orders over €5,000 should be approved by accounting first."
Does the AI calculate the price?
No. The AI assigns your description to a project type and detects requirements you already mentioned. The price is calculated from your answers by fixed rules – so the result is transparent and reproducible.
What happens to my project description?
The AI runs on our own servers; your description is not passed on to third parties and not stored after the analysis. Only if you request a quote do we send it to our team together with your answers.
Which projects can I estimate?
Web applications, mobile apps, MVPs and prototypes, AI solutions, process automation (e.g. with n8n), integrations and the modernisation of legacy systems. For consulting, design or hosting as a standalone service, please contact us directly.
Is the estimate binding?
No, it is a free and non-binding orientation. You receive a binding quote after a short call – usually within two working days.
