11 yearsof partnership – from the first version to today

For more than ten years, we have been developing and running software for businesses from our base in Stuttgart. Our office is on Ziegelbrennerstraße in Bad Cannstatt. This is where a small, experienced team of developers and consultants works, and we bring in specialised freelancers as the size of a project requires.
With us, you speak directly to the people who design and build your software. Your contacts also include our managing directors, Marc Antwertinger and Sebastian Rachner. Short decision-making paths mean questions are settled quickly – in person in Stuttgart or by video call, whichever is more practical for your project. And of course we are happy to work with you in English.
Custom web applications. Customer portals, internal tools and platforms that reflect your processes instead of forcing them into off-the-shelf software. Find out more under Web Applications.
Integrations. We connect ERP, online shop, CRM and specialist applications so that nobody has to retype data from one system into the next – see APIs & Integrations.
Modernising legacy systems. We bring applications that have grown over the years up to a current, secure standard step by step – while they stay in operation. Our page on legacy modernisation shows how this works.
Architecture, MVP and operations. From software architecture and a first MVP to operations, everything comes from a single source. For an overview, see our Software & App Development section.
Software is not something you buy once and are then done with. An application that supports your core processes is extended over years, connected to new systems and kept running. That calls for a partner who understands your business and stays within reach. This is why many of our client relationships are long-standing: we have worked with PicturePartners since 2015 and with Momenth since 2019.
Proximity pays off above all when a shared understanding matters: when processes are mapped, prototypes are tried out and priorities are set. We then carry out the actual development efficiently from our office – with regular interim versions you can test yourself.
Based on our cost model, a simple internal tool comes to about €16,500–29,000, and a customer portal with ERP integration to €45,000–81,000. Modernising a specialist application with ERP integration starts at about €53,000 and can go up to €96,000 – all figures net, including project management and quality assurance.
Which factors determine the price is explained in our guide How much does custom software cost?. You can get an initial estimate for your project with our project cost calculator.
For the Stuttgart pump specialist Stenger, we developed a service app with a backend and connected it to the GDI ERP system. For Momenth, with locations in Bad Cannstatt, Kornwestheim-Pattonville and Sindelfingen, we run the IT and in-house software. And we have been developing PicturePartners' event photo platform, which is in use in Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Berlin, since its very first version.

No. Our office is in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt, and many of our clients come from the region – such as Stenger from Stuttgart or Momenth with locations in Bad Cannstatt, Kornwestheim-Pattonville and Sindelfingen. But working together by video call also works very well, so we support businesses outside the region too.
Custom software pays off above all where a process sets your business apart from others, or where an off-the-shelf solution would only fit with expensive customisation. For standard tasks such as accounting, ready-made software is usually the better choice. How to weigh this up is described in our article Off-the-shelf vs. custom software.
Yes. We analyse the existing code, close security gaps and develop the application further step by step without putting ongoing operations at risk. Whether refactoring or a rewrite makes more sense is explained in our article Refactoring or rewrite.
If you wish, we take care of hosting, updates, backups and monitoring for you. We host in data centres powered by renewable electricity. Alternatively, we set up the application in your existing infrastructure or cloud environment.
Nothing. The initial consultation is free and with no obligation. Together we clarify goals, constraints and next steps, and tell you openly whether and how we would implement your project.
